The Personal Insurance Federation of Florida (PIFF) works to advocate for a healthy and competitive insurance marketplace, and issues impacting insurance consumers can often be complex. Our team worked to create infographic posters to break down insurance policy issues. These infographics help illustrate the process of assignment of benefits (AOB) abuse in home repair and auto-glass cases, as well as the steps in the life of an insurance claim. The posters were given to legislative staff members as an added resource during a time when addressing AOB abuse was a legislative focus. The tools — also available on PIFF’s website in a digital format — have continued to be used and shared by industry partners.
